Artist’s Prayer
Sunday, November 19th, 2006I open myself to the creativity in our lives.
I surrender my old ideas.
I welcome new and more expansive ideas.
I trust that I will be led and it is safe to follow.
I know that creativity is my/our nature.
I want to unfold our lives according to what I was meant to do, not my low self-worth.
Help me to believe that it is not too late and that I am not too small or flawed,
to be healed through each other and made whole.
Help us to love one another,
to nurture each other’s unfolding,
to encourage each other’s growth
and understand each other’s fears.
Help us to know that we are not alone,
that we are loved and lovable.
